"I really enjoy Nathalie's style of yoga class which starts by gently wakening the body and mind to what is there and how it feels. Although this feels deceptively easy it's very effective in stretching the muscles and connecting the mind, leaving me totally in my body and relaxed.
I found it intriguing that simply breathing could be so intense but Nathalie's professionalism made it very easy for me to relax and feel safe. "I have always been skeptical about the ability of breathing exercises and yoga to help me relax and/or energize myself. My mind tends to drift off and I start to think about all the things that I should really be doing........ but this experience was different. Having someone to coach and support me throughout the session was so helpful. It's hard to explain, but during the first session I experienced a physical cleansing of built up energy that I was so grateful to release. My second session allowed me to reach a place where I could achieve almost total focus, something that rarely happens during the days where I spend my time wrapped up in necessary but mundane activities.
