Namaya-yoga
Yoga is well known all over the world. There are many ways of doing yoga and every teacher develops his or her own way of teaching. Classical hatha-yoga, is doing physical exercises and is using the breath. You will experience a deep relaxation. Doing yoga centers you and you will release the old toxins out of your body, by stretching and breathing.
In bhakti yoga, you do everything with love and compassion. In dru-yoga we use different exercises connected in a flow, using affirmations. In kriya yoga we are quiet and concentrated in what we are doing. In raja yoga we meditate. Singing mantra's opens the heart and the vibration of sounds releases old energy, which we do not need anymore.
In a Namaya yoga class I will teach all those types of yoga, it's a good and balanced combination and you will become flexible and strong in your body and mind. Simultaneously, it supports you to become more centered and connected with your own inner "life flow". Breathing is the tool to connect mind, spirit and body and it releases old energy. Stretching in connection with the breath and affirmations releases old energy and gives you new energy. The power of your body will increase by doing yoga, you will get a better shape and be in better condition.
