Inspirational Breathwork
What is inspirational breathwork?
Breathing with inspirational breath, is breathing with consciousness in a connected and open way in the belly(diaphragm breathing), so your body gets oxygen, which heals the body, the mind and the heart connection. Toxins get released during breathing.
During our lifetime we meet circumstances which are scary or confronting and at those moments we literally hold our breath and we suppress our feelings. This causes us to store this negative energy in our cells and tissues in places in the body. Everybody develops his own breathing pattern, this shows how somebody is and how they are dealing with live.
An inspirational breathing session
First session will take 1 hour and 30 minutes. It contains an intake interview and the breathing session.
In the first part we focus on the breath on our inhale and the breath in the belly, so you use your diaphragm. Your exhale is relaxed.
During the second part you make the breath connected, the pauses will be gone, your focus is on the inhale. I will guide you to open up the breath more and more. You continue breathing for 30 minutes in a connected open way. I use body mapping points and affirmations to release negative energy and to get rid of any blockages. The body will be very well oxygenated.
During the third part, you relax and the exhale breath will relax too. You are open to connect with all your layers, physical, mental, spiritual and get the healing you need.
To open up the breath and keep the breath open you need at least 3 to 5 sessions, after which you can do exercise at home, so your breathing will stay open and you will feel relaxed in every situation.
My experience
In inspirational breathing I let go a lot of my belief systems, a lot of my toxins are out, my body is more purified, my blood pressure went down, my heart is acting normal again, I have more energy and life is much more fun and is brighter to me. I wanted to guide people into this extra-ordinary strong tool of healing so I did the course to become a facilitator.
